New VyprVPN server cluster in Moscow!

Golden Frog added another new VyprVPN server cluster – this time in Moscow, Russia!

Golden Frog just announced that they have added a new VyprVPN server cluster in Stockholm, Sweden! The Sweden VPN server cluster is available for all VyprVPN protocols, including PPTP, L2TP/IPsec and OpenVPN.

Giganews Diamond members and members who have added VyprVPN to their membership can immediately take advantage of the new Sweden VyprVPN server cluster.

For Giganews customers using VyprVPN Desktop, the new Sweden VPN server address is automatically available when choosing your server location. To choose the Sweden server location when using VyprVPN Mobile, simply log out of your iOS or Android app and log back in.

If you have manually set up VyprVPN using your operating system, you can update your VyprVPN hostname to: se1.vpn.goldenfrog.com

VyprVPN for Mac updated to version 1.1!

Golden Frog announced today that VyprVPN for Mac has been updated to version 1.1. This latest release includes performance enhancements and fixes for several user-reported bugs.

Existing users of VyprVPN for Mac can simply click “Check for updates” in the VyprVPN system menu on your Mac or you can download version 1.1 directly from the Golden Frog website.

New User Interface (and more) for Dump Truck for Android

Today, the Golden Frog Dev team launched a significant update to Dump Truck for Android that upgrades the previous Gingerbread-inspired user interface with a new user interface that is more consistent with Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) interfaces. In addition to the new user interface, the app is faster, easier to use, and more stable. They have also added support for tablets and long press contextual actions.
