The most requested new Dump Truck Online Storage feature is the ability to upload folders while maintaining sub-folders and the original file structure.

Golden Frog listened to your feedback! Today, we are excited to announce that Golden Frog has added a new Java based file uploader to allow users to upload folders to Dump Truck! Uploaded folders will maintain the same subfolder and internal file structure after being uploaded to Dump Truck.

The upload progress bar has also been updated to provide more information about pending
uploads in the queue. Try out these new features and let Dump Truck do the work for you!

New WebDAV Support Page Launched

Today, we are launching a new WebDAV Setup page to supply Giganews members with more WebDAV configuration options with Dump Truck online storage. We recently announced that all Diamond Giganews memberships were upgraded to include 30 Gigabytes of Dump Truck online storage at no additional cost and all other accounts would receive 5 Gigabytes of free storage. Giganews members asked for more WebDAV configuration options, and today we are happy to provide them.

What is WebDAV?

Dump Truck Online Storage Now Available for All Giganews Members

Today, we are extremely excited to announce that we have added Dump Truck online storage to every Giganews membership at no additional charge! All Giganews Diamond members now have free access to 30 GB of Dump Truck online storage. All other Giganews accounts have access to 5 GB of free Dump Truck online storage.

After hearing from Giganews members that they want an online, secure, personal storage service, we announced our plans to partner with Golden Frog to bring online storage to Giganews members. Today, we are happy to deliver online storage to Giganews members.

Over the last 18 Months, our successful partnership with Golden Frog has led to the development of new innovative products and tools for Giganews members. WebDAV Support Launched For Dump Truck

Last month, we announced early access for Dump Truck online storage and began sending early invitations to select Giganews Diamond members to be the first to try Dump Truck. The response we have received has been overwhelmingly positive and we greatly appreciate everyone’s feedback.

Today, we are pleased to announce that Golden Frog has launched WebDAV support for Dump Truck! WebDAV is a protocol that allows you to use Mac OS X Finder, Windows Explorer or 3rd party desktop and mobile applications to access your Dump Truck as a drive or folder. WebDAV support allows access to Dump Truck from your desktop or mobile device without logging into a web browser.

WebDAV Advantages:
